Program Name: The Sofaer International MBA
Program Structure: 1-Year MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation in English

Designed for Venture Founders, Start-Up Builders and Company Innovators, The Sofaer International MBA provides students the skills, practical experience, network and career support needed to achieve their goals. The International one-year MBA focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation and encompasses academic courses, Master Classes and practical work, and is firmly rooted in the Israeli ecosystem. Unique offerings include 
the Delta Start-Up Pre-Accelerator for student
driven ventures and Studio, a group-based personal and professional development workshop that helps students identify their true passion and overcome the barriers stopping them.

Additionally, students have access to direct career support, including extensive internships with companies ranging from HP, Deloitte and NICE systems, to start-ups as well as 8200 EISP, the accelerator program of Israel's elite intelligence unit 8200.

Program Name: The Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA Program

The Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA is a joint program of the top-rated Kellogg School of Management and the Recanati Business School.  It awards a joint MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from both Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University.  

It is part of the Kellogg Global Executive MBA network of seven Executive MBA programs and partnerships that run concurrently in different locations around the globe:  Chicago, USA; Miami, USA; Koblenz, Germany; Hong Kong, China; Beijing, China; Toronto, Canada and Tel Aviv, Israel. The program is aimed at mid-career executives.  

This two-year general management program, meets the needs of mid-career executives preparing for senior management in organizations that operate in the international arena, and it enhances the skills and effectiveness of senior executives.

The program's curriculum integrates all managerial functions and disciplines. The program grants a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Graduates of the program receive a joint MBA degree from Northwestern and Tel Aviv Universities.

The class schedule allows participants to continue working while studying to master a broad range of functional and managerial skills. In addition, this schedule offers students the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills immediately in their respective workplace.

Teaching at the program is done primarily by selected senior faculty members of the Kellogg and Recanati schools as well as selected Kellogg global network faculty members. They are distinguished faculty members, well known at home and abroad for their research and practical business experience.

Admissions criteria:

  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum grade of 75 (equivalent to a GPA of B), or the equivalent for candidates from schools or countries with different grading systems.
  • Substantial managerial and professional experience (seven years or more) and a senior position in the organization.
  • Time sponsorship and/or tuition sponsorship by the employing firm.
  • At least two letters of recommendation.
  • Good command of the English language.

Costs: $62,500 for the program.
Tuition covers the cost of courses, study facilities, books and supplies for the entire curriculum. It also includes Friday parking permits, parking vouchers and light lunches and refreshments for the duration of the program, as well as daily lunches during the intensive modules, and housing and meals during the live-I  weeks. Each participant is entitled to join one global exchange week abroad.

The participants pay airfare and ground transportation for the live-in weeks that are conducted abroad as well as cost of issuing Visa.
