The Programme

Our Full Time MBA is a top-ranked and highly innovative programme which allows you to customise your MBA experience in 12, 15 or 18 months. The flexibility of our Full Time MBA allows you to adapt the course to suit you.

Whichever length programme you choose, both the minimum credit requirements and core curriculum are the same. The main difference will be the distribution of courses and whether you undertake a summer internship or exchange programme.

The Business Labs

The Full Time MBA's core curriculum now includes three business labs focused on three fundamental areas of business:  Finance, Entrepreneurship and Family Business, aimed at giving students extensive exposure to critical and current topics in these hugely relevant fields in today's business world, resulting in not only intellectual enrichment and competitive advantages, but an open door to undiscovered career opportunities.

With the help of our faculty, participants have a broad range of resources at their disposal including access to investors and one of the world's largest alumni networks. Our trademark Leadership Assessment and Development Programme (LEAD) is a powerful tool which enables candidates realise their full managerial potential through personalised coaching sessions and self-analysis platforms.

ESADE also offers the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) in collaboration with Georgetown University, aimed at professionals with more than 8 years postgraduate work experience and an international profile. This part time programme combines distance learning with six international modules located in Washington, Moscow, Barcelona, New York, Brazil/Argentina and India/China. For more details click here
