ESADE Business School's innovative Full Time MBA has been specifically designed to give you the most flexible MBA programme on the market. While all candidates begin the Full Time MBA at the same time, you will be able to choose whether you want to complete the programme in 12, 15 or 18 months. Though you are not required to make this decision at programme start, the flexibility of the Full Time MBA allows you to adapt to your changing needs and circumstances as they arise during your time on-campus.

Open to participants with at least 4 years work experience and an undergraduate degree in either business or economics, or a degree in engineering combined with business experience, the One Year MBA has been specifically designed to accelerate your personal development. From day one you will receive unparalleled personalised attention at all levels, from the professors in the classroom to your Career Advisor who will support you in your professional search.

Apart from the two Full Time MBA programmes, ESADE launches a new and innovative part time programme, The Global Executive MBA (GEMBA). In collaboration with Georgetown University, the GEMBA is an exclusive programme that combines distance learning with six international modules located in Washington, Moscow, Barcelona, New York, Brazil/Argentina and India/China. The GEMBA is offered to professionals with more than eight years postgraduate work experience and an international profile.
