A 16-month general management program, the HEC Full-Time MBA Program takes a multidisciplinary and experiential approach that links theory to practical situations. The HEC MBA is divided into two eight-month periods, the Core Phase and the Personalized Phase, to ensure that participants master the essential business skills, while enabling them to customize the program to meet their own professional and personal goals. In addition, our career service provides ongoing training and coaching to help participants boost their job profiles and raise their careers to an international level.

To complement our full-time program offering, we recently launched a Part-Time MBA for high-potential managers between the ages of 25 and 35 who wish to maintain professional activity while earning their HEC MBA.
This option offers a flexible way to boost your leadership potential and career profile in a microcosm of the world, where differences and diversity are valued as core components of learning in business education.
