INSEAD is widely recognised as one of the most innovative and influential among the world's top-tier business schools. It is the only business school with fully-fledged campuses in Asia (Singapore) and Europe (France) and now in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi). Currently 138 faculty teach more than 1000 degree participants (MBA, Executive MBA and PhD), and more than 9500 executives. Our participants are drawn from more than 100 countries and represent all continents. The Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) was launched in 2003. Today the programmes has three sections running, one on each of the campuses (Fontainebleau, Abu Dhabi and Singapore). All three sections becoming one cohort for the second half of the programme during the electives, thus gisving the opportunity for the participants to study on all three campuses.  The alliance with Tsinghua School of Economics and Management in Beijing in 2007 gave birth to the TIEMBA programme, offering the same curriculum as the Global EMBA with time and faculty split equally between both schools to those in, or entering soon Asia and mainland China. INSEAD's unique global perspective and multicultural diversity are reflected in all aspects of its research, the high calibre participants and teaching to deliver business education and research across a global learning network.

INSEAD Global EMBA-High standards, new horizons.

Designed for experienced professionals, and delivered in a convenient and practical modular format over a compact period, this programme develops leadership potential while continuing to pursue a current career.  The GEMBA leverages INSEAD's three hubs in Europe (France), Asia(Singapore) and Abu Dhabi (UAE) providing an unmatched international and multicultural experience with participants learning the latest business ideas and concepts and applying them in their business immediately as well as long term.

A distinctive component of the GEMBA is the Leadership Development Programme, providing a context to discover and improve leadership style. Through courses, guest speakers, self-reflection and group work, supported by individual and team coaching, participants discover new things about themselves in a safe environment. The class consists of a diverse group of experienced, talented participants from over 39 countries who meet for intense learning period, amounting to 12 weeks of residential study with assignment work spread over the duration of the programme.

The three sections of the programme come together as a global cohort for the second half of the programme, with participants uniting at all three INSEAD campuses to further develop their understanding of global practices as well as gain a truly rich and diverse international network.

There is also another option with our dual degree EMBA programme offered by INSEAD and Tsinghua University in China and Singapore, focusing on Asia (TIEMBA) .
