Attracting students from across the world, in particular from emerging and developing economies, it offers research-driven and internationally accredited programs in management, amongst others the MaastrichtMBA (full-time MBA and part-time Executive MBA), Master of Science in Management and Engineering (with RWTH Aachen), Master of Management, as well as many shorter professional and executive courses. Its research-based Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program is ranked number two in the world. The full-time residential MBA provides state-of-the-art management education to managers and mid-career professionals from all over the world. This full-time, residential program has been developed for managers and entrepreneurs with at least three years of postgraduate work experience, and who have a passion for the challenges of managing and leading organizations in a multicultural, global context. The program combines the latest management thinking with practice and applied research, with an emphasis on leading and managing in multicultural settings. Upon completion of the full-time, residential format of The MaastrichtMBA, participants will receive an MBA degree from MSM.     

The Executive MBA of Maastricht School of Management is an innovative and dynamic program designed for professionals with the ambition to grow into senior management and leadership positions. The design of the part-time Executive MBA program enables you to balance the pressures of work with study. To be completed in 24 months, the program includes conveniently paced lectures and classes conducted through a number of spread-out modules, minimizing the time that you need to spend away from work.


You can choose from three different specializations: Sports Management, Healthcare Management and International Business & Sustainable Development. More specializations will follow.

  • Complete four, online leveling courses via MSM (ask Admissions office for more details) OR GMAT score of 600 or higher OR a GRE with an equivalent score of 600 or higher.
  • Non-native Enlish speaking candidates and candidates whose previous education has been in a different language than English, must submit evidence of English profiency:
          - A  TOEFL score of 88 internet based, 570 paper-based-
          - An IELTS score of 6.5 academic test
