Being part of the Politecnico di Milano, allows MIP access to up-and-coming technology, to play a key role in innovation and to be at the forefront of company growth and technological investment.

Global degrees for a global village

The International MBA is a 14-month, full-time program beginning in May each year. It is held in entirely in English and is composed of an 11-month classroom chapter and a 3-month full-time working project (Project Work). The school focuses on 4 fundamental elements: analytical approach to problem solving, innovation and technology, interpersonal and soft skills, and corporate collaboration and wide company network.

The program provides the special mix of technical and management skills required to develop and lead world-class companies in a vast range of sectors. Students customize their MBA by choosing a concentration: Finance, Global Business & Management, Design & Luxury Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Energy Management.

International Exchange Program: MIP has exchange agreements with internationally recognised partner business schools in countries such as Greece, China, UK, France, Germany, Mexico, Russia and USA and exchanges range from 1 week to 3 months and also include a longer Dual Degree Program.

MIP's Career Service and Personal Development

Students have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in important organizations, challenging themselves in real-life business situations and in-company consulting projects. The small class size of the MBA allows personalized attention, in particular, Career Service representatives offer a unique service working with individual candidates and these key stakeholders in order to understand the requirements of each and find the most suitable matches for in-company projects and placement.

Personal Development activities help students to improve their soft skills, such as of interpersonal and leadership skills, cultural sensibility, effective communication, public speaking and negotiation skills and, above all, to help students to reflect on their own personal attitudes and cultural values which influence their behaviour and relationships.
