The Times Good University Guide 2010 positions the University for Business Studies at 31 out of 110 in the UK, as well as names the University as the top Scottish modern university for graduate-level jobs and fourth in the UK.

Our MBAs are accredited by Association of MBAs, and are positioned in the top 40 global MBAs by Business Week and the Financial Times listings. We currently offer MBA, MBA Oil and Gas Management, and MBA Transport Strategy and Management programmes.

Our philosophy for MBAs is that they should provide you with a portfolio of skills combined with a higher level of critical thinking that will stay and grow with you for the rest of your life.

Our MBAs follow a progression from core management modules through specialist elective modules and thereafter to a strategic management module. The core management modules will provide you an underpinning to all essential functional decision-making skills required by a general manager and introduces aspects of strategic analysis and thinking. The electives will allow you to specialize in areas that match your individual interests and career aspirations.
