Canadian MBA

In the past seven years, we have significantly expanded Rotman’s teaching capacity, hiring some of the best talent in the world and growing from fewer than 50 to over 100 faculty members. The Rotman School attracts many of the best students from across Canada and around the world, providing a unique educational experience and producing leading-edge research that is contributing in an important way to global thought leadership.

The Rotman MBA’s competitive advantage is an innovative curriculum that includes the development of thinking skills based on what we call Integrative Thinking™. At Rotman, you will work hard, think hard, and develop new skills at an astounding pace. You will, in short, learn a new way to think. Our curriculum is unlike any other. We give you everything you need to know about finance, accounting, organizational behaviour, human resources, strategy and marketing; but we also provide you with the tools to step back and understand the ‘big picture’, and when necessary, to build new models. You will graduate equipped to handle the complex, messy, real-world problems and issues that the modern business climate promises to bring.
