Full-Time MBA: for people who just won't stop.

The SDA Bocconi MBA program is ranked among the top international MBAs. It opens doors to a network of talented people from about 30 different countries: over a hundred professionals with widely varied backgrounds. The integrated, innovative curriculum is based on real-world management knowledge, fully inclusive of the social dimensions of management issues. The full-time MBA lasts 1 year and is run in two classes, in English.

In addition to 5 functional-based concentrations, such as Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investments, Innovation and Marketing, the Program offers participants the possibility to further personalize their development by choosing the new sector-based Track in Luxury Business Management (LBM) in partnership with Bulgari, one of the global players on the luxury market.

Particular emphasis is given to in-company projects (both individual and group), where students, supported by tutors, check out on the field what they have learnt in class. Most students choose to take the entire MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milano, but some can apply for the Exchange Program option and spend 3 to 4 months at one of over thirty prestigious business school partners located all around the world. MBA students have full access to Career Development Service (CDS), which organizes one-to-one career advising and coaching, workshops, corporate presentations, company days, CV book and job postings. Career management and recruiting activities allow participants to get in touch with a wide range of national and international companies.

 

 

Global Executive MBA: international flyers rise higher.

The SDA Bocconi Global Executive MBA equips experienced managers with multi-dimensional skills and strategic thinking relevant on an immediate basis. It offers a focused curriculum that runs at an appropriate rate in a way to earn a degree within 20 months along with complementing employment, tailored in a way to fit tight schedules through modular weeks and distance learning. The GEMBA aims at attaining a broader understanding of business matters with a focus on leadership and communication skills as pathways towards C-suite.
The GEMBA is entirely held in English and takes place on SDA Bocconi downtown Milan campus along with overseas campuses across Asia and the Americas: class modules in the USA - at UCLA Anderson School of Management, LA - and in China - Fudan University, Shanghai and Copenhagen Business School. In addition, an elective offered by partner Schools including UCLA Andersonl, Recanati in Tel Aviv and Rotman in Toronto, besides electives offered at SDA Bocconi in Milano.
The program targets professionals with an international mindset. The SDA Bocconi GEMBA is a launching pad for the career phases to come. It is an integrated preparation for senior management roles. The underlying feature of such program is that it allows participants to promptly test the knowledge acquired at their work settings. Throughout the 20 months, participants lead intense work as part of their commitment to managerial competence. Indeed, they hone their analysis and problem solving skills. They tend to gain a deep understanding of the various business disciplines in order to reach unflawed decisions. Interpersonal skills are also put into question. Leaders are trained to empower their networking capacities that allow them to simultaneously have and provide timely feedbacks.
