Bentley is dedicated to preparing a new kind of business leader — one with the deep technical skills, the broad global perspective and the high ethical standards required to make a difference in an ever-changing world.  Now offering two different full-time MBA programs, Bentley University has crafted an MBA experience for both young and seasoned professionals.

The Bentley MBA is an innovative 11 month MBA program for professionals with at least 5 years of work experience.  The curriculum is integrative and fosters collaborative learning, focusing on business as a complex social system of interactions by individuals, people who must anticipate and manage change, think and work cross culturally, and understand their personal leadership style.  The Bentley MBA is comprised of 4 ten week modules: Innovation, Value, Environments, and Leadership.  Each module has 8 weeks of class work and 2 weeks on site with corporate partner locations around the world and within the US.   The MBA is designed to address current challenges in global business today, and to be a creative approach to teaching leadership in a business landscape that has changed more in the past five years than any other time in history.

The Emerging Leaders MBA is a hands-on business education opportunity for young professionals or recent graduates who want to lead and succeed in today’s complex global business environment where information and innovation are prime currencies.  Geared toward students with 0-5 years of work experience, the Emerging Leaders MBA includes field-based learning, international exposure, team projects, a focus on innovative approaches to business processes and the ability to harness IT to meet strategic needs.  Students in the Emerging Leaders MBA program are able to choose one of eight concentrations, from Finance to Information Systems and Technology to craft their study.
