MIP is a consortium between Politecnico di Milano - one of the leading technical universities in Europe famous for its engineering tradition and technology leadership - and leading Italian and multi-national organizations. Global degrees for a global village

The International Full-time MBA is a 14-month, full-time program beginning in May each year. It is held in entirely in English and is composed of an 11-month classroom chapter and a 3-month full-time working project (Project Work). The school focuses on 4 fundamental elements: analytical approach to problem solving, innovation and technology, interpersonal and soft skills, and corporate collaboration and wide company network, which are also taught in the schools part-time format of the program.

The International Part-time MBA is a 22-month program that begins in September each year. Completely taught in English, the program seeks to provide an option for European students looking to combine a formal MBA education, alongside work responsibilities. The opportunity for students to combine their part-time studies whilst continuing to work will allow for direct application of the knowledge and skills learnt into the working environment. The program is delivered on from Friday to Sunday one weekend a month, in addition to a 1 week-long full immersion course to be conducted in each calendar year of the program.

The program provides the special mix of technical and management skills required to develop and lead world-class companies in a vast range of sectors. Students customize their MBA by choosing a concentration: Finance, Marketing, Global Business & Management, Design & Luxury Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Energy Management.

International Exchange Program: MIP has exchange agreements with internationally recognised partner business schools in countries such as Greece, China, UK, France, Germany, Mexico, Russia and USA and exchanges range from 1 week to 3 months.

MIP also offers to students the opportunity to take part in an exchange program with the Michigan Institute of Technology in Boston, and the enjoy the opportunity to perform study in two different countries and cultures. This program, in which students undertake a 20 month full-time program, allows students to learn and experience the difference in managerial concepts and practices of the two locations, whilst also developing two different networks of business contacts. At the end of the program, students will receive a degree from both institutions; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIP and a Master in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.

MIP's Career Service and Personal Development

Students in the Full-time MBA have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in important organizations, challenging themselves in real-life business situations and in-company consulting projects. The small class size of the MBA allows personalized attention, in particular, Career Service representatives offer a unique service working with individual candidates and these key stakeholders in order to understand the requirements of each and find the most suitable matches for in-company projects and placement.

Personal Development activities helps students of both the Full-time and Part-time MBA to improve their soft skills, such as of interpersonal and leadership skills, cultural sensibility, effective communication, public speaking and negotiation skills and, above all, to help students to reflect on their own personal attitudes and cultural values which influence their behaviour and relationships.
