Specifically, the Rising Leaders Programme focuses on strategy, marketing, innovation and negotiation, alongside leadership development and an understanding of key economic trends.
It is designed to take business leaders through the current outlook and priorities that are shaping the Global and Chinese economy, while sharpening their leadership abilities. With help from CEIBS’ world-class professors, participants will understand future sources of growth globally and in China, learn essential aspects of negotiation, and explore strategic considerations inspired by relevant business cases.
The learning methodology combines lectures, company visits, group exercises and peer learning, based on real business cases from China and around the world.

Each part of the agenda has been developed by the Global EMBA programme and offers participants a taste of the insights and learning experience at CEIBS.

Who should attend?
The Rising Leaders Programme is open to business executives from all industries and functions with a minimum of seven years of working experience, and with at least four years of experience in managerial roles.
All material and teaching will be in English.
Note: The programme is not open to current CEIBS students or alumni. Availability is limited and subject to approval by CEIBS.
