The American University of Beirut, the oldest higher education institution in the Middle East, introduced business education in 1900. The Suliman S. Olayan School of Business (OSB) was established as an independent School of Business in 2000. Today, the School is transforming business education in the MENA region through its world-class programs, research hubs and initiatives covering a wide range of research areas, including entrepreneurship, innovation, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, data analytics, finance, and corporate governance.

The Suliman S. Olayan School of Business has been recognized as a leader in business education in Lebanon and the region for more than 115 years. The MBA program is looking to attract and admit candidates with balanced competencies including excellent analytical skills and leadership potential.

We usually require:

• Average GPA of at least 80 (3.2) or its standardized equivalent from a university recognized by AUB.

• English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) may be required depending on your home institution.

• GMAT score.

• Two years of relevant work experience or equivalency judged on a case-by-case basis.

• Two letters of recommendation highlighting an applicant’s academic/work experience.

• Curriculum vitae.

• An interview (when needed).
