BI Norwegian Business School is an independent, not-for-profit foundation and the main provider of research based knowledge on business and management disciplines in Norway. The BI Executive MBA is ranked among the 100 best worldwide and has the Triple Crown accreditation. In the BI Executive MBA, the teaching also takes place at IE in Madrid, Nanyang in Singapore, Hasso Plattner Institut in Potsdam and Haas School of Business in Berkeley.
The Executive MBA programme at BI is an 18-months global learning experience, where students fly in for the six modules, each lasting two weeks. In addition to BI, you will also go to other top schools in Berkeley, Madrid, Singapore and Potsdam. The BI Executive MBA offers two specialisations, giving you the possibility to focus on global management or how to develop and manage digital organizations (Global or Digital). An added value to the BI EMBA is the Leadership Development Programme, where all students are assigned to their own mentor.
Executive MBA participants come from a wide range of industries, nationalities and business experiences. Ages range from 30 to 50, and they have an average work experience of 13 years.
Each class consist of 30-40 international executives, who are selected on the basis of their motivation, potential, work experience and previous education. Their backgrounds vary from engineering to science, economics and business, and have significant work experience from a wide range of industries, sectors and countries.
We practice rolling admission. The application deadline is January 10th, and the programme starts March 25th 2019. For being admitted to the programme you need a Bachelor degree and six years of full-time work experience. In addition, we need two Letters of Recommendation and an admission interview.

With more than 2000 members worldwide, the BI MBA Alumni network represents a wealth of knowledge, resources and international networking opportunities. It is a community of high achievers connected by shared experiences from their time on the MBA and EMBA programmes.
Annually, BI hosts the BI MBA Alumni Dinner in Oslo as well as professional business forums for our MBA alumni in Norway and abroad. Students can attend business networking events during the programme. MBA alumni are also involved as mentors for current students through the Leadership development programme.
