The ESMT Full-time MBA: A leadership development program focusing on sustainable technology and innovation The one-year full-time MBA is a general management program enabling students to gain functional expertise while acquiring practical real-world experience and leadership skills. Students can specialize in elective tracks on Innovation and Technology Management or Global Sustainable Business, and attend international electives at ESMT's partner schools such as Yale SOM, IE Business School, or Fudan University School of Management during the GNAM Network Week. On average about 85% of the class remains in Germany after graduation and is around 90% international. The ESMT Full-time MBA program's key strengths are:

The ESMT Part-time Blended MBA in Business Innovation is a two-year program delivered through 80% online and 20% face-to-face modules, including international module options. The program is designed for candidates with three or more years of professional experience in any field who want to learn skills to change, disrupt, innovate, or scale up their companies. The program is designed for students working in any industry from start-ups to multi-national corporations who are interested in courses focusing on customer centricity, entrepreneurial strategy and innovation, digital business and agility. The program begins in September 2020 and students can choose to join a class either in Berlin or Munich. In addition to working with the state-of-the-art online platform for learning, students will also learn from their face-to-face group work while building their network.

The ESMT Berlin Global Online MBA is set up to be a 24-month program, with the option to take up to five years to complete it at your own pace.The Global Online MBA is one of its kind in the European market: It is set up so you can continue working full-time while gaining the knowledge and competencies to support not only your personal development but also the growth and transformation of your company. You choose add ons to the scheduled courses, adding in personalized career coaching, or to take a global module either in Berlin, or a global week international field study.The program targets individuals who want flexibility in their studies. You can choose to take all modules as scheduled or take a break in between modules.This fully online study program is delivered on the world's most innovative virtual learning platform by ESMT's world class faculty.

The ESMT Executive MBA: Focus on technology, innovation, and international management The 18-month, part-time Executive MBA consists of three main phases during which the participants first acquire a solid foundation in general management issues, then build their distinctive edge in one of two focus-areas (technology management and innovation or international management) and develop strategic leadership capabilities. The third phase is integrative in nature, requiring that participants bring together the various dimensions of managing a business and leading people and organizations. This phase includes an "international field seminar" and a final report based on the "applied field work". Students complete coursework at the Berlin campus, with two modules outside of Germany.

Scholarships are available for high-potential candidates, covering up to the full program fees. Awards are based on both merit at the time of application. No scholarships are available for the part-time MBA, however early-bird discounts are available.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for financing in the form of loans if needed, and depending on the applicant's home country. ESMT joined the Prodigy finance loan program and the Brain Capital education fund. These programs offer loans or innovative financing schemes to qualifying MBA and EMBA students from any country.
