Students in the Full-time MBA have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in important organizations, challenging themselves in real-life business situations and in-company consulting projects. The small class size of the MBA allows personalised attention. In particular, the Career Development Office offers a unique service working with individual candidates and MBA Partner Companies in order to understand the requirements of each and find the most suitable match for in-company project work and placement. Personal Development activities help students of all our MBA programs to improve their soft skills, such as interpersonal and leadership skills, cultural sensitivity, effective communication, public speaking and negotiation skills and, above all, to help students to reflect on their own personal attitudes and cultural values which influence their behaviour and relationships.
