Choose one elective (Social Innovation and Business Planning OR Business Analytics) /International Study Tour. The International Study Tour will incorporate both electives with visits and activities selected as appropriate. Students will be assessed on their study tour learning as part of the assessments within their chosen elective.

Leadership Programme: Developing as a Manager and a Leader
A year-long programme features training in personal development, participation in and leading highperforming teams, presentation skills, communications and networking strategies. Individual coaching helps students identify and work on Personal Development challenges. Industry leaders present an ‘Ethical Leadership Challenge’ as part of this programme. This is offered by our William J Clinton Leadership Institute.
Our year-long career development programme encompasses career coaching, mentoring, and alumni engagement alongside practical skills such as CV analysis and development, interview skills and networking strategies, to ensure that graduate employment potential is maximised.

WHEN TO APPLY
We recommend that you apply as early as possible, so arrangements can be made for interviews. In addition, international applicants need to allow sufficient time to obtain a student entry visa.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMISSION
For admission, a 2:1 Honours degree from a UK or Republic of Ireland Higher Education Provider, or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the University is normally required. Professional qualifications and/or experience may be considered in combination with academic qualifications for entry. All applicants will normally have a minimum of three to five years’ full-time, post-graduation employment experience, preferably in a management capacity.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Evidence of an IELTS* score of 6.5, with not less than 5.5 in any component, or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the University is required. *Taken within the last 2 years.
