Executive MBA

The Michigan Ross Executive MBA Program targets candidates with 10+ years of work experience and 5+ years in a managerial role. The curriculum is customized to specifically address the needs of experienced leaders across industries, functional areas of expertise, and geographies. Taught from a more strategic perspective by award-winning faculty, students gain foundational knowledge through participation in 12 core courses, 14 electives, a 4-month real-world complex business project (ExecMAP), and industry-leading leadership development training including executive coaching, courses, and skills workshop.
