Northern Illinois University College of Business

NIU's College of Business has achieved continuous accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) since 1969. Less than four percent of business colleges worldwide have earned AACSB accreditation, the highest credential of excellence for business programs. AACSB requires business schools to meet stringent requirements that assure rigor in curriculum, teaching, and assessment of students in courses offered by our faculty irrespective of the location.

We're one of the nation's best for over 30 years. And yet we’re even more than a fully AACSB accredited business school with talented individuals, innovative ideas, long-standing national rank and an extensive network of accomplished alumni, students, faculty, and friends.  We also care greatly about every student.

Northern Illinois University has accredited its MBA program since 1977. Thousands of students have been able to complete their MBA degree at Northern Illinois University. Over the decades, the curriculum has been continuously updated and revamped to meet the current demands of the ever-changing business industry and international organizations.
