University of St.Gallen MBA
Switzerland

Founded in 1898, we have become a centre of excellence through our practice-oriented approach, international flair and integrative view of studies.
The University of St.Gallen (HSG) was founded as a business academy in 1898 – in the heyday of the St.Gallen embroidery industry and is nowadays a School of Management, Economics, Law, Social Sciences and International Affairs. The first lectures were held in 1899. The practice-oriented approach and integrative view have characterised the education we offer since those early days. Today, we are one of Europe’s leading business schools and are EQUIS and AACSB accredited.

The University of St.Gallen has one of the strongest alumni-networks in Europe with more than 20,000 active members in Europe and around the world. After graduating from the MBA, all participants are automatically given membership into the network for one year. After this, an annual subscription fee is required, thus ensuring the network remains an active organisation.
An online alumni networking platform has also been created specifically for St.Gallen MBA alumni. St.Gallen MBA Connect is a complimentary service, offering a number of ways for our alumni to interact. The purpose of the platform is to enable alumni to re-connect with each other, give back by supporting graduating students, leverage their professional network, and, ultimately, advance their careers.
