The MBA program (full-time and part-time) is an internationally oriented general management program that provides students from different industries and professions with the expertise to understand the interdisciplinary relationships of a company and to make sustainable strategic decisions using the latest management techniques. The MBA program can be completed in two different time structures:
Full-Time in 12 months (Program Start in March and September) or
Part-Time (weekend classes; Program Start in September) in 18 months.
The MBA Program aims at qualifying participants to strategically lead companies. The curriculum emphasizes management concepts which foster strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and intercultural awareness. Participants learn to identify complex interdependencies and leverage the knowledge of peers for the advantage of the entire company. Due to the global perspective, an understanding of cultural differences, and how this matters for individual and corporate success, is developed.
Moreover, there is a special focus on Leadership and Personal Development throughout the program. Enhancing the participants' soft skills is of high significance for us. It is our indisputable goal to create a mind-set that features responsibility towards the social and environmental consequences of managerial decisions. With this the students will be skilled to take over strategic management functions within their organizations.
The Program also includes three international residential weeks in the US (Kellogg School of Management, Chicago or Columbia Business School, New York), China (CEIBS, Shanghai) and India (Indian Insittute of Management, Bangalore). These modules will provide insights into the challenges and risks of doing business abroad and against the background of cultural differences.
