Moscow school of management SKOLKOVO and International Paper announce that SKOLKOVO MBA programme is now open to MBA candidates keen on developing management talent in Russia wishing to study in the upcoming 2012-2013 Fall.

IPship is a competitive scholarship for admitted MBA candidates who share International Paper values. The IPship provides funding and exclusive opportunities to meet with world-renowned entrepreneurs, investors and mentors within the SKOLKOVO MBA programme. The selected students are known as IP Scholars and will be mentored by Franz Marx, President of International Paper Russia, during their studies. The IP Scholars will be involved in International Paper corporate projects during their studies at SKOLKOVO MBA.

The IPship is established to provide tuition for young ambitious entrepreneurial leaders who share sustainability ideas, who wish to improve their knowledge of hands-on practices on emerging markets, so that they could become more effective in their subsequent social change pursuits and may implement their business values and beliefs in the global world for developing talent management on emerging markets.

The SKOLKOVO IPship covers EUR 40 000 of SKOLKOVO MBA programme tuition fee. It will be provided to 2 scholars chosen upon the criteria by the Scholarship Committee of International Paper. The scholarship does not cover living and pocket expenses. The Scholarship Committee assesses need based on previous earnings, geographical location, strive for success and motivation to pursue SKOLKOVO MBA degree and become an IP Scholar. 

The candidates applying to the IPship must meet the eligibility criteria of SKOLKOVO MBA and be already admitted onto the programme no later than June 01st.

SKOLKOVO Admission considers the essays of all applicants. The finalists will be personally interviewed by Franz Marx, President of International Paper Russia. A final decision will be made shortly after that and the Scholars will be informed by personal e-mail letter.
