The ESADE MBA program challenges you to be a creactivist – a creative activist, an entrepreneurial leader, a mould-breaker, trailblazer and leader of positive and lasting change. The MBA is designed to meet your requirements. Irrespective of the format you select, all participants start the full-time MBA at the same time, graduate together and are required to complete the same number of credits (90 ECTS). The program structure is divided into three main phases, with one main goal in mind: to develop creactivists – "creative activists" capable of driving lasting change. In your second term you deepen you knowledge and sharpen your focus. Choose electives from the Advanced Management Topics (24 ECTS) and showcase new knowledge and skills with the Final Masters Project (6 ECTS) with the one-to-one support of faculty and expert tutors.
