Industry consulting project
Exclusive to our Full-Time program, this 8 month long consulting project allows you to dive into an authentic business challenge. Working with industry leaders from local organizations to develop tangible solutions, you’ll sharpen your critical thinking skills and prepare for effective teamwork in diverse settings.
Leadership coaching
You’ll learn to cultivate your leadership capabilities during your time at DeGroote. We’ll help you maximize your impact on your career and community with a personalized leadership assessment and wrap-around leadership coaching. This helps you leverage your existing work experience, develop your skillsets and translate your abilities into tangible personal and professional growth.

Paid part-time employment
In addition to summer internship opportunities, Full-Time MBA students will be offered paid part-time employment, once they receive their offer of admission. This work will take place in the McLean Centre for Collaborative Discovery, DeGroote’s new building on the McMaster University campus.
