The MBA Program is a 12-month full-time program delivered over three sessions. There is one intake a year which commences in May. Prior to the start of Session 1, students undertake an intensive 3-week course called Foundations of Managerial Skills. This course provides an overview of the attributes and skills required for successful general management and covers the areas of team building; leadership and communication skills; and managerial effectiveness. In addition, there is a specific focus on business ethics and the role it plays in equipping managers for business success.

Our program has been redefined to include contemporary foundational and elective courses that focus on strategy, finance and marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, technology, and social impact. During the first two sessions, students are required to complete 8 core courses which provides students with the solid foundations of management that support professional managers regardless of industry. The remaining term of study constitute the elective phase of the MBA Program where you may you may take one or all of our unique electives, participate in the exchange program at an international business school, intern at a global company, or see how different regions do business to hone your skills in a chosen subject area.

AGSM partners with other elite business schools around the world to open the door for you to study part of your degree while on exchange, including NYU Stern, London Business School, Kellogg School of Management, Chicago Booth, IE Business School and The National University of Singapore.
