Structure of the Executive MBA of IESE The Executive MBA is designed for high-potential managers, executives and entrepreneurs who want to boost their careers. The program delivers an intense and transformative experience that maximizes participant’s leadership, decision-making and entrepreneurial capabilities to enhance their personal development and prepare them for any challenge they will face in their careers. The EMBA is held at the Munich campus in a three-week format. Class days are Thursday (evening), Friday and Saturday.
