Los asistentes deben tener una licenciatura y un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia laboral profesional. Los programas de MBA en el evento suelen exigir entre 2 y 8 años de experiencia laboral (después de graduarse de licenciatura). Los requisitos varían de un programa a otro."
